For law firms and consultancies advising on data and AI
Help your clients prepare Spanish-language documents before using them with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. anonimizar.app is a Mac and Windows app that detects and replaces personal data on the user's own computer, without uploading anything to the cloud. You recommend it, your clients buy it at a discount and you earn a commission on every licence, on top of whatever you bill for your services.
A law firm, consultancy or advisory firm that brings anonimizar.app to its clients: it recommends it, makes it part of its advice and helps roll it out. Your clients buy their licences directly from our website using your code; we provide the software and you own the client relationship.
You recommend it to your clients
To the businesses, firms and professionals you already work with, as a tool to help put their AI use policy into practice.
You earn a commission
On every licence bought with your code. Your client also pays less than the list price: a one-time payment of USD 99 (Professional) or USD 249 (Studio), with 12 months of new versions.
You bill separately for your services
Setup, staff training, the AI use policy or document review: you set your own rates for these services, on top of the licence.
Who it's for
Advisers who already have the trust of professionals handling sensitive data, and tell them which tools they can use.
Law firms of any practice area, not just data protection: they handle confidential documents every day, and their clients ask them how to use AI with them.
Data protection consultancies and outsourced DPOs serving SMEs, law firms and accounting practices, who draft their clients' AI use policy.
Accounting and HR advisory firms working with payslips, contracts and deeds that belong to third parties.
Professional bodies and associations that want to recommend something concrete to their members.
Programme partners

SpainGDPR & LOPDGDDBusinesses & freelancers
Data protection firm with offices across Spain. It brings businesses and freelancers into line with the GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD, with ongoing advice, data protection officer services, website reviews and training.
Where a client permits specific uses of AI, staff need a process for preparing and reviewing documents before sharing them. A policy that says "yes, but without personal data" needs a practical way to comply with it.
Local document processing
The app processes document content on the user's computer, without sending it to our servers or to any cloud service. No account, no telemetry.
Built for Spanish-language documents
Names, addresses and IDs from Spain (DNI, NIE, CIF, IBAN, Social Security number), Mexico (CURP, RFC, CLABE) and Argentina (DNI, CUIT), plus forms of address like «D.», «Dña.» or «letrado».
How it works
1
We talk
A 30-minute call to understand your client base and answer the technical questions. We agree on the commission and how it's paid, confirmed in writing before you start.
2
Evaluate the app and get your code
An evaluation code: a full Studio licence, free of charge, so you can test it with your own documents. And a discount code to pass on to your clients.
3
Your clients buy directly
From the website, with your code. You don't resell or invoice the licence: you earn your commission on every sale, and bill your services separately.
What lawyers and DPOs ask
Short answers. The details, with how they relate to GDPR requirements, are in our security and GDPR overview (in Spanish), which you can download as a PDF and share with your clients.
Where are documents processed?
On the user's computer. Detection, OCR of scanned files and the optional AI review all run locally. There are no servers of ours receiving documents, no user account and no telemetry.
What internet connections does it make?
None by default. The only one is the update check, and only if the user requests it from "About" or agrees to turn it on (at most once a day). It's an HTTPS request carrying no document data, licence data or identifiers. Details in the dossier.
How is the licence activated?
Offline. The licence is a digitally signed file (Ed25519) that the app verifies on the computer itself. There's no online activation and no licence server.
How do I know an update is legitimate?
Every update is signed and the app checks the signature before installing it; nothing downloads on its own. The Windows installer is Authenticode-signed (publisher: Webstarted) and the macOS one is developer-signed and notarised by Apple.
Is the output anonymous?
Not necessarily. Automated detection may miss some personal data, and the remaining context (facts, roles, dates) may identify someone; that is why the app suggests a review before exporting, and the document should be reviewed before sharing. By default the app keeps no mapping table that would allow undoing the replacement. If the user turns on the map so they can reverse it, the output is pseudonymised and the map must be protected separately. We explain it in the dossier.
What are the requirements?
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit (x64), or macOS on Apple Silicon or Intel Macs. A perpetual licence, paid once, with 12 months of new versions included. You can try it free with 15 files, no account or card needed.
Professional or Studio?
Security is the same. Professional (USD 99) is enough for anyone working one document at a time. Studio (USD 249) adds batch processing of whole folders, merging detections of the same person, an audit record of the process and a shared exceptions dictionary. For a firm with several seats, let's talk volume pricing. See plans
